Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are made simple here at The Babber. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us so we have made returns or exchanges very straightforward. Email us to request a refund, and we will respond with the return address. Once you have sent back your purchase we will confirm the condition and refund you. Returns & Exchanges Summary

  • A – Notify us within 14 days of receiving your product
  • B – Return to us within 14 days of notifying us to the address provided.
  • C – Unwanted products must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in it’s original packaging.
  • D – Damaged goods may be returned.
  • E – Once condition has been verified, a refund will be processed to the original payment account.
  • F – You may exchange the product for a different version (e.g. colour). Exchanged products will be sent upon receipt of your returned product.
  • G – Exchanged products will be liable for shipping costs if below the shipping threshold.

Returns Process

At The Babber, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return a product, please refer to our Returns Process below. We’re always here to help and make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Notify Us

Send us an email within 14 days of receiving your product to notify us of your want to return the product. For unwanted products, ackaging must be intact and in re-saleable condition. For faulty products, please describe it's fault.

Post It

Send your product to the address provided in the email within 14 days of notification. We recommend sending your parcels tracked and insured. Please include order information in the box.


We'll process as soon as your returns have been checked through. Refunds are made to the payment card made. It is possible to request store credit, please mention this when notifying.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. You must notify us with 14 days of receiving your product and the product must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the product. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that returned products must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:
– Discounted items from a final sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged
– Health or personal care products, such as teethers, swimwear or items with a hygiene seal must be returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If the product does not have a environmental hygiene seal, or that seal has been broken, the item cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
– Gift cards or exchange/store credit

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
1. Email us with your order number and state which items you would like to return. We will provide you the returns address.
2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags on.
3. Package the products into their original packaging.
4. Put the products into shipment packaging and send to our address. We recommend insured and tracked delivery. We are unable to accept any responsibility for missing returned packages.

We will need 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
